You can reset a forgotten password from the login screen or change
your password from within Skilltech One
If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it from the login page by clicking on Forgot Password.
An email will be sent to you with instructions for resetting your password.
If you still aren't able to log in after resetting your password, follow these troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue.
Please note: if the password reset email doesn't appear in your inbox, you may need to add Skilltech One to your email allowlist. See Troubleshooting
To change your user account's password:
Click on your Profile.
Click on Manage Account
In the left side bar menu, navigate to Security.
In the Password section, click Change Password.
In the dialog box, enter your Current password and your New Password.
At the bottom, click Save.
If the password reset email doesn't appear in your inbox
1. Check your spam or junk folders to see if your email provider mistakenly filtered them out of your main inbox.
2.Add system@id.skilltech.one to your allow list.
3. Retry the Forgot Password process.
