If you lose access to your multi-factor authentication device or email address, you can use one of your backup codes to access to your account.

**TIP: **You may have saved your recovery codes to a password manager or your computer's downloads folder.

## **Using a ****b****ackup code**

To use one of your recovery codes and automatically regain entry into your account, click on **Don’t have access to device **on the verification code screen.

Enter an unused **b****ackup code **and click **Continue**, you will then be logged in automatically.

**Info: **Once a backup code has been used it is consumed and be used again.

If you have lost access to your backup codes then follow the Account

Recovery process by clicking on **Lost access to ****b****ackup codes.**
