If you unable to login to your account because you have lost access to both your MFA credentials and your recovery codes you can recover it.
To begin account recovery you can click on Unable to login from the login page or Lost access to backup codes on the enter backup code page. You will then be guided through the account recovery process.
Enter your email address used with your Skilltech One account and click Continue.
Enter the answers to the security questions you set-up when registering your account and click Continue.
Complete the setup of your new Multi-Factor Authentication method.
Enter three new security questions and answers and click Complete Registration.

The answers are case sensitive, check and ensure the correct casing is being used.
