Skilltech One launches August 1 to give you a single, secure hub and login for all Skilltech products. Learn about MFA protection, epaPRO opt-in, setup steps, and where to go for help.

Skilltech1 is ready to launch, and it’s going to make it even easier for you to access all of your Skilltech’s products using one central login, allowing you to easily access and switch between learner journeys and enjoy a more streamlined user experience.

What are the benefits of Skilltech1?

For your Training Providers, Independent Assessors, and IQA’s should they work alongside multiple EPAO’s they will be able to access your instance of epaPRO through Skilltech1, enhancing the user experience with no added cost to you.

Is SKilltech1 Secure?

Security as always is paramount with us at Skilltech Solutions, and because of this we have made MFA mandatory with Skilltech1 by setting up MFA via email or by an authenticator app.

How will my user know which instance of epaPRO to use?

All instances of epaPRO are fully branded for you, so users will know exactly which epaPRO to go to.

How do I set up Skilltech1?

Please see our user guide attached to the email, which will detail how users can set up Skilltech1

Will our epaPRO be automatically added to SKilltech1?

No. To allow your users to be able to access your epaPRO instance via Skiltlech1 you will need to ‘opt in’ please see our attached opt in document which you can complete and return back to us.

What date will this go live for us?

Skiltech1 will be available from the 1st August, however we will work with you and when your ready we will switch this on for you

What training / support is available?

Our dedicated team here at Skilltech will be on hand to support you through this change, we have bitesize videos, working guides ready for you, and as always, your Customer Success Executive will be available to support you.

 

Where do our users go if they can’t access Skilltech1?

If users have any issues logging into or setting up Skilltech1 we have ensured that support is easily available to them.

We are currently updating our website to provide full guidance and support to users should they encounter any issues logging into Skilltech1, our new chatbot is also having a makeover to allow users to log any requests via our website, where we will guide them to log into Skilltech1 taking the burden away from you
